Application Instructions
Surface Preparation:
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Before painting, all surfaces should be assessed and prepared according to the ISO 8504:1992 standard. If there is grease, it should be cleaned with a solvent according to SSPC-SP1. Steel surfaces should be abrasive blasted to Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1:1988), with a roughness of 30-70μm. If oxidation occurs on the steel surface after blasting but before coating, the surface should be reblasted to meet the specified visual standards. Manual rust removal methods can also be used to achieve Swedish rust standard St3 with a roughness of 30-70μm.

Safety: Handle this product with care. Before and during use, pay attention to safety information on the product label. Additionally, comply with safety regulations established by national or local government authorities. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and direct contact with the paint on the skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash with appropriate cleanser, soap, and water. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. Take fire prevention, explosion prevention, and environmental protection measures. Only use this product in well-ventilated conditions.
Precautions
- Only apply this product in conditions where the temperature is above 5°C and application and curing can proceed normally. The maximum relative humidity during the curing process should be 80%, preferably between 40-60%. The application surface must be dry, clean, and have a temperature above the dew point to prevent condensation. Adequate ventilation should be provided during application in confined spaces and during drying. To prevent moisture condensation, the substrate surface temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point, avoiding application in rainy, snowy, or foggy weather.
- Use the mixed paint within the recommended time frame, as exceeding this time can lead to gelation and render the paint unusable. The usable time may decrease with higher temperatures.
- Ensure that the coating is fully cured before applying the next coat.
- Drying time is influenced by temperature, humidity, and film thickness.
- Recoating intervals depend on environmental conditions. If the maximum recoating interval is exceeded, the surface must be roughened to ensure interlayer adhesion.
- Store the paint in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Applicators should wear appropriate protective gear, and the construction site and storage area should have firefighting equipment. No smoking or open flames should be allowed to prevent fires.
- This product is intended for professional use.
