Application Instructions:
Surface Preparation:
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from contamination. Before painting, all surfaces should be assessed and treated according to ISO 8504:1992 standards. If there is grease, clean with solvent according to SSPC-SP1 standard. Steel surfaces should be blasted to Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1:1988) or SSPC-SP6 standard. If oxidation occurs on the steel surface after blasting and before applying this product, the surface should be re-blasted to meet the specified visual standards. Surface defects exposed during blasting should be ground, filled, or treated appropriately. Weld seams and damaged areas should be blasted to Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1:1988) or SSPC-SP6 standard. If there is significant peeling of the shop primer, sandblasting may be necessary. Pre-coated zinc paint surfaces should be checked for cleanliness, dryness, absence of contamination, and zinc salts before applying this product. Ensure that the zinc primer has fully cured before applying other coatings.
The substrate temperature should not be lower than 10°C and should be at least 3°C above the air dew point temperature.
Mixing:
This product is supplied in two containers and should be combined to form a single unit. Each time, it must be mixed in the specified ratio and used within the recommended pot life. (1) Stir the base material (A) with a power mixer. (2) Combine all of the curing agent (B) with the base material (A) and thoroughly mix with a power mixer.

The above data is for guidance only. Actual drying and recoat times can vary depending on film thickness, ventilation, humidity, underlying paint, early loading/unloading requirements, and mechanical strength, among other factors.
Tool Cleaning: Clean all tools with BTE Thinner after use.
Safety: Use this product with care. Pay attention to safety instructions on the packaging label before and during use. Additionally, comply with safety regulations set by relevant national or local authorities. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and prevent paint contact with the skin and eyes. If paint splashes on the skin, wash immediately with appropriate cleansers, soap, and water. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention. Fire prevention, explosion prevention, and environmental protection measures must be taken. Only apply this product in well-ventilated conditions.
Notes:
- This product should only be applied in conditions where temperatures are above 10°C and application and curing can proceed as intended. The paint temperature itself must be above 15°C, and the maximum relative humidity during curing should be 80%, ideally in the range of 40-60%. The application surface must be dry, clean, and have a temperature higher than the dew point to avoid condensation. Adequate ventilation should be provided during application in confined spaces or during drying. To prevent moisture condensation, the substrate surface temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point, and avoid application in rainy, snowy, or foggy weather.
- Mix in the ratio indicated on the packaging label, and use after thorough stirring.
- Before applying the next coat, the surface of the previous coat should be cleared of oil, condensation, welding spatter, and dust.
- Drying times are affected by temperature, humidity, and film thickness variations.
- Recoating intervals depend on environmental factors; if the maximum recoating interval is exceeded, the surface should be roughened to ensure intercoat adhesion.
- Store the paint in a cool, dry, and shaded warehouse, away from heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.
- Personnel should wear appropriate personal protective equipment as per regulations. The construction site and storage area should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, and open flames and smoking should be prohibited to prevent fires.
- This product is intended for professional use.
