KAIDA® PAINT

The thin fire retardant coating production line has a production capacity of 10,000 tons/year and 4 sets of devices; the decorative fire retardant coating production line (fire retardant latex paint) has a production capacity of 1,000 tons/year. The above production line is equipped with a central control room, automatic batching, and automatic dispersion and mixing. There are 4 floors above and below. The top floor is the raw material storage warehouse, the third floor is the automatic batching system, the second floor is the high-speed dispersion area, and the ground is the packaging area. It is the first of its kind in China to use automated production of thin fire-retardant coatings.

The rubber production line has a capacity of 6,000 tons/year, 2 sets of devices, and adopts three-dimensional flow operation. The top layer is a reaction kettle, the middle is a rubber storage tank, and the first floor platform is a high-speed disperser; it is equipped with an automatic metering system to ensure batching
quality.
