Technical Parameters:

Implementation standard: JG/T172—2014

Theoretical paint consumption: about 1-2 square meters/kg when used as a cover

Drying time: 1 hour to surface dry (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%)

Hard work 2-4 hours (ambient temperature 23℃ and relative humidity 50%)

Aging resistance: 600 hours

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production (unopened)

Use reference:

*Substrate: should be solid, clean, dry (moisture content ≤ 10%), PH ≤ 10; for powdered substrates, use tools such as a spatula or wire brush to remove the powdered layer and completely remove mold spots.

*Old paint film: Check the aging of the old paint film, and loose parts should be completely removed

*Salting out: It is recommended to treat with oxalic acid solution of appropriate concentration (the specific concentration should be determined according to the degree of salting out, but the concentration generally does not exceed 5%), then rinse with clean high-pressure water and dry

*Construction method: Roller coating

*Construction tools: special roller

*Diluted: Not diluted

*Cleaning of utensils: Wash them with clean water in time when not in use

*Safety and labor protection: Safety measures should be taken during construction and labor protection clothing should be worn.
