Detailed Introduction

Extremely solid odor-resistant and alkali-resistant primer is a multifunctional odor-resistant and alkali-resistant primer formulated with high-quality acrylic emulsion. It has excellent penetration ability and can effectively prevent water-soluble substances from precipitating from the cement base layer. It has strong adhesion to the substrate and high bonding strength. It can greatly improve the adhesion of the topcoat and has the properties of saving topcoat and improving the gloss of the topcoat.

Base treatment and construction methods

■ Substrate: It should be solid, clean and dry, the moisture content must be less than 10%, and the PH should be less than 10. For powdered substrates, use tools such as a spatula or wire brush to remove the powdered layer and completely remove mold spots.

■ Old paint film: Check the aging of the old paint film, and remove loose parts thoroughly.

■ Salting out: It is recommended to use oxalic acid solution of appropriate concentration (specifically determined according to the degree of salting out, but generally no more than 5%), then rinse with clean high-pressure water and dry.

■ It can be applied by roller, brush or spray. Add water to dilute it evenly as appropriate. The amount of water added is generally not more than 20%. Wash tools promptly with clean water when not in use. It is recommended to use water-resistant putty for interior walls.

■ The construction temperature should not be lower than 5℃, the humidity should be less than 85%, and the substrate temperature should not be less than 10℃.

Storage, transportation and packaging specifications

■ Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse with a temperature above 5℃. The storage and transportation temperature is preferably 5-35℃, and prevent severe cold or exposure to the sun;

■ This product is a water-based environmentally friendly product, non-toxic and non-flammable, and can be treated as non-dangerous goods for storage and transportation;

■ The shelf life is 24 months, and the production date can be found on the can or certificate;
