Construction instructions
Surface treatment:
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free of contaminants. Prior to coating, all surfaces should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000 standards.
Oil and grease should be removed in accordance with SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning standards.
The steel surface should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1:2007). If oxidation occurs between sandblasting and construction painting, the surface should be sandblasted again to the specified standard.
Surface imperfections exposed by the blast cleaning process should be ground, filled, or otherwise treated in a suitable manner.
Recommended surface roughness is 40-75 microns.
mix:
This product is packed in two cans to form one unit. It must be mixed at one time according to the prescribed ratio every time, and used up within the prescribed mixing period.
(1) Stir the base material (A) with a power mixer;
(2) Mix all the curing agent (B) and base material (A) together and stir thoroughly with a power mixer.

The above data are for guidance only. The actual drying time/time interval before overcoating can be longer or shorter, depending on the thickness of the paint film, ventilation conditions, humidity, underlying paint, advance loading and unloading requirements, mechanical strength, etc.
Tool cleaning: Clean all tools with BTE thinner after use.
Safety: Use this product with caution. Please pay attention to the safety precautions on the packaging label before and during use. In addition, safety regulations prescribed by the relevant national or local governments should be followed. Avoid breathing solvent vapors and avoid contact of paint with skin and eyes. If paint is spilled on your skin, wash it off immediately with a suitable cleanser, soap and water. If it splashes into the eyes, wash them thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention immediately. Precautions must be taken to prevent fire, explosion and environmental protection. This product should only be applied under well-ventilated conditions. When constructing in narrow places or areas with poor air circulation, strong ventilation must be provided.
Precautions
Ø This product should be applied where the temperature is above 0°C and construction and curing can proceed normally. The temperature of the paint itself must be higher than 15°C, and the maximum relative humidity during the curing process is 80%, preferably 40-60%. The construction surface must be dry, clean and above the dew point to avoid condensation. Substantial ventilation should be provided during construction and drying in confined spaces. In order to prevent moisture from condensing, the surface temperature of the substrate should be more than 3°C above the dew point, and construction in rain, snow, and fog should be avoided.
Ø Mix according to the proportion indicated on the packaging and stir evenly before use.
Ø The mixed paint should be used up within the working time. If the working time is exceeded, it will gel and become unusable, so an appropriate amount should be mixed. As the temperature increases, the usable time will shorten.
Ø Before applying the next coat of paint, the surface of the previous coat of paint should be cleaned of oil, condensation, welding spatter and dust.
Ø Drying time is affected by changes in temperature, humidity and film thickness.
Ø The recoating interval is related to the environment. If the maximum recoating interval is exceeded, the surface must be roughened to ensure inter-layer adhesion.
Ø Paint should be stored in a low-temperature, ventilated and dry indoor warehouse, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Ø Construction workers should wear labor protection gear as required. Fire-fighting equipment should be available at the construction site and storage areas. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited to avoid fires.
Ø This product is only suitable for professional use.
