Low odor and easy to construct
Detailed introduction
E556 water-based epoxy topcoat is a water-diluted two-component epoxy topcoat, which is composed of water-based epoxy curing agent, liquid epoxy resin, deionized water, pigments and fillers and a small amount of additives.
Application scope
Coating of parking lots, factories and offices, home decoration floors and places with high environmental requirements.
Product Information
The material is divided into two components: A and B.
Component A solid color viscous liquid 18kg/barrel
Component B colorless transparent liquid 6kg/barrel
Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.
Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun.
Technical data
Status: Even after stirring, no lumps, no impurities
Adhesion: Level 1
Hardness: >H
Wear resistance: <0.04
Drying time: Surface dry: less than 6 hours
Hard work: less than 36 hours
(Temperature is 25℃, relative humidity is 50%)
Grassroots requirements
The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m based on ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollution.
Construction Tips
Materials A and B should be used within 60 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased and it cannot be used anymore, it should be scrapped.
The construction environment must be clean, clean and dust-free to avoid affecting the coating effect.
Air circulation conditions will affect drying time.
Construction should be stopped when the temperature falls below 10°C
It is not suitable for construction in humid weather. The ideal humidity for construction is 35%-80% (relative humidity). During construction and curing, when the relative air humidity is greater than 80%, the surface of the paint film may stick back and lose gloss.
Construction Conditions
Ground base temperature: 10-35℃
Construction environment temperature: 10-35℃
Ground base moisture content: <8%
Relative humidity of construction environment: <80%
Construction methods/tools
Dilution: Dilute with water, the amount of water added is 30-40% of the paint volume
Construction method: brushing, rolling or spraying
Tools: roller brush
Instructions for use
Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, old coatings, etc. should be removed from the base surface and polished to form a rough surface. The capillary pores on the base surface should be opened, the floating dust on the surface should be cleaned, and water-based epoxy should be used. Primer seals the base surface, and water-based epoxy intermediate paint levels it.
Theoretical dosage: about 0.20-0.25㎏/㎡
Ratio: Mix the main agent and curing agent at a weight ratio of 3:1, and stir mechanically for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes uniform and creamy. Then add 30-40% of the paint volume with water to dilute it and stir evenly.
Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.
Note: Components A and B must be fully emulsified by mechanical stirring, otherwise it will cause many adverse effects on the surface of the paint film, such as stickiness, whitening, uneven gloss, poor hardness, etc.
Precautions
For safe use of the product, please request the product safety data sheet (MSDS) from the manufacturer.
Construction workers should strengthen safety protection when using this product, and the construction environment should be kept ventilated.
For any questions, please contact local distributors or directly contact the factory.
