E8300 epoxy self-leveling flat paint is a two-component self-leveling thick-coat epoxy topcoat, which is composed of low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin and imported additives, pigments, wear-resistant fillers and curing agents. This product is low in VOC, has excellent performance, is easy to use, and comes in a variety of colors, making it suitable for high-demand floor coatings.

Coating of ground surfaces in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, offices, etc.

The material is divided into two components: A and B.
Component A solid color viscous liquid 20kg/barrel
Component B viscous liquid 4kg/barrel
Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.
Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun.

Grassroots requirements
The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m based on ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollution.
Construction Tips
The construction environment must be clean, clean and dust-free to avoid affecting the coating effect.
The paint should be stirred evenly after opening the can to avoid color difference. ,

It is not suitable for construction in humid weather. The ideal humidity for construction is 35%-80% (relative humidity).

Instructions for use
Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, gravel, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, and cracks and holes should be smoothed with putty, primer should be used to seal the base surface, and epoxy intermediate paint should be scraped and leveled.
Theoretical dosage: about 0.8-1 kg/square meter.
When proportioning and opening: the proportion of main agent and curing agent is 5:1 (weight ratio), and must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the proportion before use. Materials A and B should be used within 30 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased and it cannot be used anymore, it should be scrapped.

Fire extinguishing methods and fire extinguishing media: dry powder, carbon dioxide, sand. Evacuate nearby and surrounding personnel. Fire extinguishers should wear pressure oxygen breathing apparatus and spray containers exposed to the fire with water to cool them and disperse and evaporate them.
