【Surface treatment】

Before construction, dust, sand, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, putty should be used to smooth cracks and holes, primer should be used to seal the base surface, and epoxy intermediate paint should be scraped and leveled.

【Dosage】

About 0.8-1kg/square meter.

【Proportions and opening hours】

The ratio of main agent to curing agent is 4:1 (weight ratio), and must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the ratio before construction. The prepared paint needs to be used within 30 minutes. If the opening time exceeds 30 minutes, it cannot be used normally and will be scrapped.

【Construction method】

Apply with a trowel and defoam with a defoaming roller.

【Dilution】

Do not dilute.

【Construction Tips】

The construction environment must be clean, clean and dust-free to avoid affecting the paint film effect.
The paint should be stirred evenly after opening the can to avoid color difference.
Construction should be stopped when the temperature is below 10°C. It is not suitable for construction in humid weather. The ideal humidity for construction is 35%-85% (relative humidity).

【Storage conditions】

The storage and transportation temperature of this product is 0-40°C. Store it in a cool, dry place. Pay attention to anti-freeze, moisture and exposure. Shelf life: 12 months.

【Tool Cleaning】

Clean tools with thinner immediately after use.
