Grassroots requirements

The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m based on ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollutants.

Dilution: water dilution

Construction method: Roller coating, scraping coating, spraying can be used. Pay attention to even application without accumulation or leakage.

Instructions for use

Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, sand, cement laitance, grease, old coatings, etc. should be removed from the base surface, and polished to form a rough surface to open the capillary pores on the base surface.

Theoretical dosage: about 0.1 kg/square meter, it may vary slightly depending on the looseness of the substrate

Instructions for use: Mix the main agent and the curing agent at a mass ratio of 3:1, and stir mechanically for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes uniform and creamy. Then add water to dilute and stir evenly. When painting the first coat, the amount of water added is 50% of the total amount of paint and curing agent. When painting the second coat, the amount of water added is 30-40% of the total amount of paint and curing agent.
