WPU100 water-based polyurethane topcoat is a two-component self-drying reactive curing coating. It is a high-performance decorative coating product carefully formulated based on water-based resin emulsion, high-quality pigments and fillers, water and functional additives. It is suitable for ground protection in sports venues, industrial workshops, indoor parking lots, storage warehouses and other places with clean, wear-resistant and beautiful requirements.

Product Information

The material is divided into two components: A and B.

Component A solid color viscous liquid 4kg/barrel

Component B colorless transparent liquid 0.8kg/barrel

Packaging: Printed metal packaging drum. It is recommended to stack it in three layers when stacking.

Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun.

Grassroots requirements

The compressive strength of the concrete floor should be ≥20Mpa, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m based on ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollution.

 

Construction Tips

Materials A and B should be used within 60 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased and it cannot be used anymore, it should be scrapped.

The construction environment must be clean, clean and dust-free to avoid affecting the coating effect.

Air circulation conditions will affect drying time.

Construction should be stopped when the temperature falls below 5°C

Instructions for use

Surface treatment: Before construction, dust, gravel, grease, and old coatings should be removed from the base surface, and cracks and holes should be smoothed with putty, primer should be used to seal the base surface, intermediate paint should be scraped and leveled, and intermediate paint of the same color should be applied.

Theoretical dosage: about 0.08-0.1 kg/square meter (one construction time).

Ratio: The ratio of main agent to curing agent is 5:1 (weight ratio). It must be mixed and stirred strictly according to the ratio before use. After scraping, smooth with a roller. In order to ensure that the color of the topcoat is uniform, an intermediate paint needs to be applied, and the intermediate paint must be the same color as the topcoat. The intermediate paint can use water-based epoxy topcoat, solvent-based epoxy topcoat, or solvent-free epoxy topcoat.

Fire-fighting measures

Hazardous characteristics: flammable when exposed to open flames

Hazardous combustion products: CO, CO2, etc.

Fire extinguishing methods and fire extinguishing media: dry powder, carbon dioxide, sand. Evacuate people nearby and around you. Firefighters should wear pressure oxygen

Gas respirators spray water on containers exposed to fire to cool them and disperse and evaporate them.
